Nashiba’s dream of helping others can come true with your support.
Nine-year-old Nashiba dreams of becoming a nurse when she grows up — she is determined to help other people. When she is not at school, she lives with her mother, two younger brothers and two younger sisters.
Nashiba’s father abandoned the family in 2009. Fortunately, Nashiba’s mother was able to acquire some land on which she set up a farm. Now she is able to provide food for the family and sell the surplus produce to provide other daily necessities. The income, however, does not stretch to cover school fees. Nashiba is currently needing a sponsor to help her continue with her P4 schooling — the equivalent of 3rd grade in the United States.
Currently, Nashiba most enjoys her time making friends and drawing. Her dream of being a nurse to provide a good income for herself while helping her community can come true with your help.
We help you give a hand UP to Ugandan children and women in need + share the joy.
